About Flex Entertainment

Capital Region Events. Every Genre. Every Stage.

Who We Are

Flex Entertainment started with a simple bet: the Capital Region deserves better live events.

Founded by Daniel Giwerc and Gary “Sly” Fox, Flex brings together decades of music industry experience with a no-genre-limits philosophy. From a 17,500-seat arena show headlined by Meek Mill and DaBaby to a free Monday night jam session at the neighborhood bar — if it gets people in the room and the music right, Flex is behind it.

We promote concerts, produce festivals, and run weekly residencies across the Capital Region. Hip-hop, rock, country, Latin, soul — the genre changes, but the standard doesn’t.

Based in the Albany and Saratoga Springs area. Building something the Capital Region hasn’t had before.

The Team

Daniel Giwerc

Co-Founder

Daniel brings the vision and the hustle behind Flex Entertainment’s growth. From producing college homecoming events to co-presenting CloverFest at MVP Arena, he’s focused on scaling the Capital Region’s live event scene to match its potential.

Gary "Sly" Fox

Co-Founder

Sly Fox has been a fixture in the Capital Region music scene for over 15 years — as a performer, a booker, and the kind of guy who knows every band worth knowing before anyone else does.

As the frontman of Sly Fox and the Hustlers, he’s shared stages with Blues Traveler, George Thorogood, Deep Purple, and Robin Trower. John Popper called his band “one of the best I’ve seen in a long time.” As a venue booker, he helped transform Putnam Place into one of Saratoga’s premier live music rooms.

At Flex, Sly brings the relationships, the ear, and the instinct for what works on stage.
